This is the third edition of biennial Iberian conference dedicated to the field of colloid and interface science. It provides an opportunity for Scientists from Spain and Portugal to come together to analyse and discuss the state of the art and the future of colloid science.

The meeting is organized by the University of Granada and sponsored by the Royal Spanish Societies of Physics and Chemistry and the Portuguese Society of Chemistry
